Fourth Hoylake Local Food Fair
Sunday 26th Feb 2012 10am to 2pm
We are holding the fourth Hoylake Local Food Fair at the usual venue on 26th February. This has proved to be a very popular event with stallholders reporting some of their best sales at any event. Several stalls sold out well before the close at the last three fairs. Our attendance is around 2500 visitors with the majority being local.
There wil be live cookery demos from the head chef at Monte Carlo Restaurant in Hoylake.
Little Deli which is opening in in Hoylake at the end of March will be attending and giving away free samples of local produce that they will be selling - including cheese from HS Bourne, coffee from Adams & Russell, ice cream from Backford Belles, smoked produce from Derimon, olives from El Olivar and preserves from Angela's Farmhouse Kitchen and Simply Relish.
